A selection of soul-food Nigerian and Jamaican dishes served buffet style. Hot food arrives in disposable foil trays or you can hire our Gastronorm trays from £17 each with fuel. The buffet menu comprises of 1 Meat or Chicken option, 1 Vegetarian/Vegan option and 1 Rice option. Buffet food comes with complimentary Fried Plantain side.
You can also purchase additional items such as extra meats, extra rice or extra vegetarian and vegan options.
We also provide Place Cards for each food item displaying Name of Food and Allergen information so your crowd can read before eating.
