As we are into the last quarter of the year, planning your next event couldn't be easier when you let Souldeliciouz create mouth watering Afro/Caribbean soul food dishes to wow your guests and their taste buds.

Here is an example of our buffet displays from an event earlier this year. All dishes were gluten free, dairy free and meats halal.

We also provide colourful place cards with the name of dishes, the ingredients used and allergen advice all printed on each card.

Our Buffet starts from £17-£19 per head, with a choice from 1 Chicken/Fish/Meat option, 1 Rice option, 1 Vegetarian/Vegan option and, included in the buffet are complimentary Fried Plantains. You have options to add additional items at an extra cost.

Throwback to last Friday when we catered for the Grand Opening of @liveseyexchange2 lead by community Leaders Nicholas of @pempeople and Wendy of @radiatefestival plus many others too many to mention that came together to bring this project to life.

We are so proud to be part of this Southwark community right now. Whilst we were not born in Southwark but, definitely Bred here as I, Joyce spent my childhood and now adulthood in this borough, 33 years and counting. My husband Tunde, has lived here 20 years from a young adult and, together we have 2 children born and Bred in Southwark.

So, it is a big deal for us to see this type of project being erected by the community where we all reside, to be used by the community. We know a lot of hard work, time and energies was spent to bring this project to life. We are grateful for those that made this happen!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We cannot wait to see all the young creatives of Southwark occupy this space for the next 15 Years! Exciting!!!🤗🤩

Hope we can support and be part of such projects such as this one in the very near future.

This lady has been cooking for over 4 days and counting.

She's based in Nigeria and she has been cheered on by the Nigerian people for her courage and culinary skills. It's one thing to cook for long hours but to cook with no sleep and minimal rest for 4 days and, food also tasting amazing? Wow!

She has been cooking so many different dishes. She does not sell them but gives them all away for free.

She's the type of person that is worthy of Royal titles! A type of person young people should look up to and creators and peers alike to admire.

Now that she has broken the record of being able to cook non stop longer than the previous record holder from India Lata Tandon who cooked for 87 hours and 45 mins. What Lata did was an achievement rightly held until, Hilda Baci smashed it today and still cooking beyond the record to set her own.

Well done again Hilda and keep on pushing until your own finish line!❤️
