Here we have a video of our buffet displays from an event we have catered for. All dishes were gluten free, dairy free and halal meats. All dishes will be labelled with relevant nutritional information!

We also provide colourful place cards with the name of dishes, the ingredients used and allergen advice all printed on each card.

Our Buffet starts from £19 per head, with a choice from 1 Chicken/Fish/Meat option, 1 Rice option, 1 Vegetarian/Vegan option and, included in the buffet are complimentary Fried Plantains.

You have options to add additional items at an extra cost, order chaffing dishes to keep food hot and hire serving staffs.

It's #Pancake day🙌🏿. Also known as Shrove Tuesday.

It's #Pancake day🙌🏿. Also known as Shrove Tuesday.

A day we can all have fun making delicious pancakes all day.

Why not try our easy to please pancake recipe for the Perfect soft pancake.

120g Plain flour
200ml Milk
50g Butter
30g Sugar
1 Large egg
A pinch of salt

This should make 5-6 pancakes. Just double the measurements if you need more.

Combine all above in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Heat your frying pan on medium heat and use a Ladle spoon to scoop mixture into the pan.

Make sure to flip other side to cook evenly. If you are not equipped with Fancy Flipping, you can use a spatula😉

Serve with freshly whipped cream and Berries.
