It's #Pancake day🙌🏿. Also known as Shrove Tuesday.

A day we can all have fun making delicious pancakes all day.

Why not try our easy to please pancake recipe for the Perfect soft pancake.

120g Plain flour
200ml Milk
50g Butter
30g Sugar
1 Large egg
A pinch of salt

This should make 5-6 pancakes. Just double the measurements if you need more.

Combine all above in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Heat your frying pan on medium heat and use a Ladle spoon to scoop mixture into the pan.

Make sure to flip other side to cook evenly. If you are not equipped with Fancy Flipping, you can use a spatula😉

Serve with freshly whipped cream and Berries.
